Fixes and Improvements
Login & Authentication
Integrated Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD) as a new account control type in Tina. Users can now authenticate directly through the Microsoft sign-in page, enabling seamless and secure directory-based login.
Workflow Email
Implemented accurate Reply-To handling in workflow emails to ensure user replies are always routed to the correct recipient, improving communication reliability.
BIM Viewer
Implemented BIM Viewer functionality that supports 3D model viewing and markup, allowing users to visually inspect BIM models and add annotations directly within the interface.
Session Timeout Handling
Removed the session timeout pop-up, users are now redirected to the login page when their session expires.
Sync
Added a configuration key in Manage Configuration to control crawling for batch uploads.
Added Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD) login support to Tina Sync.
Lifecycle Configuration
Added custom lifecycle support, including a new document lifecycle for the Raisbeck network and a custom lifecycle state for the category Project.

RAISBECK – Migration of Drawing Type & Number to New Document Fields for DCN Records
For the DCN category only, two new fields—Document Type and Document Number—have been introduced to replace the previous Drawing Type and Drawing Number fields. As part of this enhancement, existing values have been migrated from outdated fields to the new standardized fields.

Webviewer
Upgraded the WebViewer JavaScript library to the latest release (
11.7.1) to enhance document viewing performance, improve compatibility, and strengthen overall reliability across supported browsers and devices.
Sequence Generator (Calculated Field)
A data update has been implemented to standardize and correct the Revision and Identifier fields across ADCN (Advanced Drawing Change Notice) records to align with new recipe and formatting requirements.

Fixes and Improvements
Bulk Edit
Resolved an issue where jobs could stall when multiple actions were taken on the same screen while lock/unlock was toggled in another tab.
Bulk Edit now saves Release Date using the correct time zone.
Sync
Bulk metadata updates now correctly change Lifecycle from Released to Archived.
The Out-of-Date sync message has been clarified and updated.
Share
Email behavior under Share has been updated and is now functioning as intended.
Sequence Generator (Calculated Field)
The duplicate warning is now shown before saving, based on Sequence Generator field-value calculation, preventing unintended duplicates.
